Our corporation established Black Valley Country Club, Inc. designed to operate golf courses in the abandoned mine area in Dogae-up, Samcheok, on Aug. 13, 2004.

Black Valley Country Club, Inc. is a joint venture by MRC, Samcheok City government and Kangwon Land with the goal of turning around the economy of the Dogae area, which has suffered a recession in the wake of a fast decline of the coal industry.

Black Valley Country Club, whose construction began in 2004, is to open within this year.
